These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the 288wn platform by Pakistani players. Please read this document carefully before registering, depositing, or playing. By creating a 288wn account, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

Each individual may hold one (1) 288wn account only. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 288wn reserves the right to close all but the earliest verified account and to forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits accrued across duplicate accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288wn account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. 288wn will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately to [email protected].
All activity carried out under your 288wn account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 288wn customer support immediately. The Company cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
288wn reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its reasonable discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, terms violation, regulatory requirement, or where maintaining the account would be inconsistent with the Company's responsible gaming obligations.
288wn accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 288wn does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 288wn will refund the amount to the originating source and may suspend the member account pending investigation.
Deposits processed via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 288wn balance within two (2) minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) business hours to process, depending on interbank processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain network confirmation, typically within fifteen (15) minutes.
288wn does not charge members any deposit processing fee. However, your payment service provider (e.g. JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 288wn's control. 288wn is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
All deposits are subject to 288wn's anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) screening. 288wn reserves the right to delay crediting any deposit pending satisfactory completion of AML/KYC checks. Deposits found to be derived from illegal or fraudulent sources will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests at 288wn are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, where technically possible. This same-method policy is maintained as an anti-money-laundering control. Where the original deposit method cannot receive a refund, 288wn will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified channel at its reasonable discretion.
Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. 288wn requires that the name on your payment account (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, etc.) exactly matches the name registered on your 288wn account. Mismatched names will cause withdrawal delays and may require additional documentation before processing.
Standard withdrawal processing times at 288wn are as follows:
288wn may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where the member's account has not previously been fully verified. This is a regulatory requirement and not a discretionary measure. Required documents typically include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC and a recent proof of address or payment account screenshot.
Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where: (a) the member's account has been flagged for investigation; (b) active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met; (c) the requested amount exceeds available real-money balance after deduction of any locked bonus funds; or (d) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided.

The specific terms — including the bonus amount, eligible games, minimum deposit requirement, wagering multiplier, and expiry date — are set out in the individual promotion page for each offer.
All 288wn bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements mean that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become available for withdrawal. Sportsbook bets placed on 288wn are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. 288wn's total aggregate liability to any individual member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
288wn does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. While the Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or external cyber threats may occur. 288wn will use reasonable efforts to notify members of planned maintenance via the Platform's notification system.
Nothing in these Terms limits 288wn's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
288wn collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering a 288wn account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data collected by 288wn includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, national identity number, contact information, payment account details, device information, IP address, and gaming activity records. This data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, AML/KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288wn holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where local mandatory consumer protection laws in Pakistan require otherwise.

The Company complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction, including standards relating to game fairness, player fund segregation, AML/KYC procedures, and responsible gaming. These regulatory obligations are reflected throughout these Terms.
